
I know a few people think I’m weird, but I love ironing. Since I was a young boy, I would spend hours watching my mom iron. The smell of starched shirts, climbing into bed with fresh sheets… nothing better.
In my free time, I open a window, put on some music and iron. This is a skill that I have spent years perfecting.
With it has come some important lessons, like paying attention to detail. Even when I walk into a room and see a painting at an odd angle, I am compelled to straighten it. Attention to the small details.
