Lionel Bourgeois is a learning conversationalist, facilitator, television host, motivational speaker and flow coach. His gift is to ignite the light in people and become a catalyst of change when addressing working audiences at all levels.
For over two decades he has shared his experience, energy and knowledge across various sectors to motivate, empower and strengthen confidence levels in the workforce through practical learning experiences that leave lasting impressions. Trained in hospitality, his core drive is delivering essential skills training that focus on customer appreciation.
Mari Laas is a Training Manager and facilitator, passionate about leading others to excellence through powerful learning experiences. She works at Lanseria International Airport, consulting various national and international organisations, coaching and mentoring, motivating, and up-skilling staff.
Her experience ranges from a Doctorate in Education and Training to a private practice where she does career guidance for the past 15 years. She is an internationally registered coach. Trained as a Teacher she moved into Adult Education and skills development to individuals.
Josh Ramsey holds a BSocSci in Psychology and Philosophy. As a certified coach and facilitator he is deeply interested in and motivated by the concept of responsible power. He believes that for organisations and individuals to create resilient and inclusive environments they need to embrace their power, and hold it within an accountable, responsible and integrous frame.
Josh also works as an educator empowering youth to live more responsible and enjoyable lives.
Katja Ratcliffe holds a BSc in Computer Science, a post-graduate diploma in Coaching and is a certified ORSC coach (Organization and Relationship System Coaching). She uses her extensive background in management, systems and business analysis to help teams and individuals to “think well together”.
Focusing on the organisation as a whole and the relationships within, Katja has a natural curiosity and appreciation for developing and sustaining successful and highly functional individuals, teams and organisations.
